  • Born in Cooperstown, NY, Robert moved to St. Petersburg at the age of eight and has lived and worked in the area ever since. He began his financial planning business with his father and prides himself on providing a level of service that exists beyond any one transaction, building lasting relationships and earning lifetime clients. “I am a steward of my clients’ trust,” says Robert. “Partnering with them to help achieve their life dreams is a sense of great fulfillment for me.”

    As the owner of a financial planning firm in St. Petersburg, Robert earned his real estate license at the age of twenty-one and quickly achieved broker status. Over the next several years, he would go on to earn a total of eleven licenses and degrees including the Certified Financial Planner designation. Other licenses include securities and insurance and mortgage broker license and spent twenty years as a correspondent lender. This all-encompassing experience has given Robert a stellar reputation and earned him a place among both the real estate and financial industry’s most respected professionals.

    Guided by his firm’s vision, “Aligning your dreams with your money,” Robert believes that real estate is at the core of any successful financial plan. He is passionate about providing the highest level of service to his clients across his many areas of expertise. “Real estate is typically the largest asset, and the largest debt, that a person will have,” says Robert. “Through successful management, the client will be able to build their asset base in a more efficient manner and have the opportunity to achieve their goals and dreams.”

    A full-service Realtor® who prides herself on offering a true concierge-style service, Jennifer handles every aspect of the real estate process from identifying the best opportunities coming to the market to skilled negotiations that optimizes her clients’ investment dollars and everything in between including staging, home improvements and even movers. Her Marketing savvy and technical abilities allow Jennifer to refine her clients’ searches or position them for the best market exposure while her pleasant personality and honest and transparent demeanor make her a pleasure to work with.

    Before moving into professional real estate, Jennifer worked as both a high-end retail buyer and later as the Director of Product Marketing for an IT Distributor. Equally as comfortable working in direct sales as she is leading a team of 25 associates, Jennifer’s proven track record of professional accomplishments are a testament to her versality, knowledge and dedication to the highest level of client service.

    After investing in several properties, Jennifer found that she had a passion for the industry and that her Sales and Marketing experience easily translated to the real estate industry. Today, six years after becoming licensed in Florida, she works with buyers and sellers across the Bay Area from Northeast St. Pete to the Beaches and further south in the Bradenton area. Clients searching for properties across virtually any price range will find that she is knowledgeable and tenacious, working tirelessly until they have found the perfect property.

    Born and raised in St. Pete, Jennifer graduated from Eckerd College with a degree in Business Management. The mother of two boys, she is a proud baseball mom who enjoys spending time on the water with her family, kayaking, boating or participating in a variety of watersports. She and her family make their home in Snell Isle where they have lived for the last 20 years.
